TERMS OF PURCHASE
- Sales:
We only sell to legal entities, such as companies and organizations.
- Price and Shipping Cost:
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and shipping. A cost of 209 SEK is charged for standard shipping. Any remaining orders that are sent afterwards are free of shipping.
Orders with an order value of over 10,000 SEK (excluding VAT) from the online store are free of shipping.
Special orders are charged according to the actual shipping cost. - Payment terms:
Payment terms are 30 days net after approved credit check. For new customers, first purchase or in case of not approved credit check, or other reason, advance payment applies. - Delivery terms:
Partial delivery: Orders can be delivered in parts unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping method: Deliveries are made via Schenker unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery time: Estimated delivery time is stated in the order confirmation. - Warranty period:
All products in our range are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and requires that the date of purchase can be proven with a copy of the invoice. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect handling or external influences. - Late payment interest:
In the event of non-payment after the due date, a late payment interest of 2% per month will be charged. Statutory reminder fee and collection costs will be added. - Complaints:
Complaints regarding faulty products must be made in writing and immediately, but no later than eight days after receipt of the goods.
Transport damage: It is the customer's responsibility to immediately inspect the packaging upon receipt. If visible transport damage is discovered, this must be reported immediately to the transport company. Packaging and products must be saved for possible inspection. - Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date and only apply to unused and undamaged products in undamaged original packaging.
Exception: The right of return does not apply to special orders or non-stocked items.
Return Fee: In the event of an approved return, the buyer will be charged a return fee of 20% of the value of the item. Original shipping costs will not be credited.
Return Handling: For a return to be approved, the product must be complete with all accessories and a return authorization number (RMA number) must be attached. If these requirements are not met, the return may be refused or sent back to the sender at the sender's expense. - Reservations:
We reserve the right to price changes, possible typos and other errors that are beyond our control. Automizer AB also reserves the right to refuse orders. - Retention of title:
Automizer AB reserves title until full payment has been made for the goods. - Force Majeure:
Automizer AB is exempt from liability for delays or non-fulfillment of the agreement if this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). Examples of Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, war, government decisions, strikes, raw material shortages, or non-delivery from subcontractors. If a Force Majeure event affects our ability to fulfill the agreement, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. - Limitation of liability:
Automizer AB is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit that may arise in connection with the use or delivery of goods. -
Applicable law and disputes:
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from these terms and conditions or related legal relationships shall be settled by a Swedish general court with Vänersborg District Court as the first instance.
